Services are $85.00 per hour, per organizer. The minimum is 5 hours.

Step 8: Maintenance for clients who want refresher session (optional, but highly recommended)

Is your work confidential?

  • Yes. Your privacy is very important to us and we’ll never share your name or private details of your home with anyone.

How long will the process take?

  • It can vary. The amount of work needing to be done as well as your speed in making decisions are two factors that’ll determine the time it takes to complete the project. During the video consultation we can give you an estimate of how long it could possibly take.

Do I have to get rid of things?

  • We’ll never force or try to convince you to get rid of anything and won’t judge your choices. We’re here to help meet the goals you have for your space and organize your items in a way that’ll make your home function better for you.

Are you going to make me buy storage bins or containers for organizing?

  • No. We can certainly use what you already own. However, if you do decide you’d like new baskets, bins, containers, etc. we can measure your spaces and make recommendations of products that will work well.

Are there going to be several other hidden fees?

  • No. Our all-inclusive services include the extras that many other organizers charge additional fees for such as a virtual consultation, donation and trash haul-away, product research and planning, etc.

Do I have to work alongside the team?

  • When it comes to decision making about what you want to keep, give away, or toss, yes, you have to make those decisions. We’ll ask questions at the beginning to understand your goals, but then we’ll take it from there.

What area do you serve and do you travel?

  • We’re based out of Wake Forest, NC and regularly serve clients throughout The Triangle area. However, we’re happy to travel wherever you’re located. There’s a fee for drive time that exceeds 60 minutes round trip.

Are you insured and bonded?

  • Yes, we are.
